Terms of use

These terms are the agreement between tattoo360 and you, the studio or artist using it. We've kept them short and plain.

tattoo360 is in early access. We'll update these terms before general launch and email you about any change that affects you before it applies.

1The service

tattoo360 is software for running a tattoo studio: booking requests, the calendar, client records, payments, your studio's website and the tools that go with them. Some features are still being built; our home page says which are live.

2Your account

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, so anyone who can read your email can sign in as you. Keep your inbox secure and tell us straight away if you think someone else has got in.

You must be at least 18 to use tattoo360. When you add your team, you're responsible for what you let them see and do, and for removing people who leave.

3Your content and your clients

Your work stays yours. Photos, designs, client records and everything else you put into tattoo360 belong to you. You give us permission to store, process and display them only to run the service for you, for example to show your portfolio on your studio's site.

For your clients' personal data, you are in charge and we act on your instructions. You're responsible for having a lawful reason to collect it, for getting consent where it's needed, and for answering your clients' requests to see or delete their data. We give you the tools to do that.

Only upload work you have the right to share, and only share clients' photos with their permission.

4Fair use

Please don't use tattoo360 to:

  • break the law, or publish anything unlawful, hateful or that infringes someone else's rights;
  • send messages people didn't ask for;
  • tattoo, or take bookings from, anyone under the legal age where you work;
  • probe, overload or copy the service, or get around its limits or security.

We may suspend accounts that do, and will tell you why unless the law stops us.

5Trials, plans and payment

New studios get 30 days with everything in Pro, without a card. After that you choose a plan. Plans are billed monthly in advance, in the currency shown when you subscribe, and you can cancel at any time; you keep access until the end of the month you've paid for.

Deposits and payments your clients make to you go to your own payment account. Card processing is provided by our payment partner under their terms, and their fees apply.

We'll give you at least 30 days' notice before changing the price of your plan.

6Availability

We work hard to keep tattoo360 running and your data backed up, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted, especially during early access. We'll tell you about planned maintenance in advance where we can.

7Liability

tattoo360 helps you run your studio; it doesn't give medical, legal or tax advice, and the decisions you make with it are yours. Templates we provide, like the consent form, are starting points: check them against the rules where you work.

As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

8Leaving

You can stop using tattoo360 whenever you like. Before you close your account, ask us and we'll export your data for you. When an account is closed we delete its data, apart from what we're required to keep by law, such as billing records.

9Changes and contact

If we change these terms we'll update the date above and, for changes that matter, email you first. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Questions about them: hello@tattoo360.app.
