Privacy policy

• Your account: your email address and name, and the studios you belong to.
• What studios put in: appointments, booking requests, client details, notes, payments recorded, portfolio photos and settings.
• Booking requests from a studio's site: the name, contact details, tattoo idea, placement, size, reference photos and age confirmation that a client chooses to send.
• Technical data: your IP address and basic request details, used to keep the service secure and to stop abuse such as repeated sign-in attempts.

Only to run tattoo360 and keep it safe:

• signing you in, by emailing you one-time codes;
• showing studios their bookings and clients, and publishing the parts of a studio's site it chooses to make public;
• sending the emails the service needs, such as booking confirmations and quotes;
• preventing fraud, spam and abuse, and fixing problems.

When you send a booking request to a studio, that studio decides how your information is used, and we handle it on the studio's behalf. To see, correct or delete what a studio holds about you, contact the studio directly. If you can't reach them, email us and we'll help.

Data is stored in Singapore. We use a small number of trusted providers, each bound to protect it and to use it only for us:

• Supabase for the database, sign-in and file storage;
• Vercel to host and run the app;
• Resend to deliver email.

As features launch we'll add providers for card payments, WhatsApp and SMS reminders and AI features, and list them here before they're switched on.

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. Your light or dark preference is remembered in your browser. There are no advertising or analytics cookies.

For as long as the studio's account is open, or until the studio deletes it. When an account is closed we delete its data, apart from records we must keep by law, such as billing records.

You can ask us for a copy of your personal data, to correct it, or to delete it. We follow Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act and reply within 30 days. Email hello@tattoo360.app.

We'll update this page when anything changes and update the date at the top. For changes that affect how your data is used, we'll email account holders first.
